"We are seeking 25 dedicated foster youth to join our 3-year Independent Living Preparation Program. This program is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and resources necessary for a successful transition to independent living after their emancipation from the foster care system." "Our program is dedicated to preparing foster teens for the transition to independent living following their emancipation from the foster care system. We strive to fill the gaps that often hinder individuals from feeling secure and achieving success on their own. Our goal is to create a welcoming physical center and supportive community where participants can feel safe and valued, in contrast to their past experiences with government institutions."
Our After School Program provides a safe and supportive environment for youth each weekday afternoon. Services include mentoring, tutoring, mental health support, and opportunities for socialization. FREE program with pick-up service available from local high schools.

This engaging program is designed to inspire confidence, deepen self-awareness, and strengthen connections with others.
A safe space for teens to connect, share, and grow. Every Thursday evening, Hope Now Community Resource Center offers Teen Talk, a FREE program designed to support high school youth with meaningful conversations, peer connection, and caring mentorship.
This 10-week course is designed to help youth learn positive ways to manage emotions, improve self-control, and strengthen communication skills. Through group sessions and interactive activities, participants will gain strategies for handling conflict, reducing stress, and building healthier relationships. .
Multi-week class that will teach the participants how to be financially independent, build important habits, and make decisions that will set them up for a successful financial future. This class will go over credit, real estate, and savings.
