At Hope Now Community Resource Center, we are committed to enhancing the lives of individuals in our community, especially our youth and seniors. Over the past year, we have focused on building strong relationships and providing essential support services that foster personal growth and community well-being.

Founded in August 2023, we are a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving the greater Pasadena area, including Altadena, Monrovia, and Duarte. Our mission is to empower individuals, including youth, adults, and seniors, by providing a range of essential services tailored to their diverse needs.

Our Initiatives

Youth Engagement

• Equip Young People: We offer workshops that address mental wellness, coping strategies, and social skills, helping students navigate their challenges more effectively.
• Guidance Toward Stability: By supporting their development, we aim to guide youth toward a stable and safe future, reducing the risks of disengagement or crisis.

Senior Support

Our partnership with Sisters Coming Together has been instrumental in connecting with seniors in our community.

Through this collaboration, we focus on:

• Physical and Emotional Safety: We ensure that seniors feel secure and supported, addressing their needs for both physical health and emotional well-being.
• Exciting Activities: We are planning engaging adventures for 2025, providing social opportunities that combat isolation and promote community involvement.

Educational Opportunities

We are proud to offer:

• GED Testing: Our center offers resources and support for individuals seeking to earn their General Educational Development (GED) credential, empowering them to pursue further education or better job opportunities.
• CPR/First Aid/AED Training: We offer training courses for both infants and adults, equipping community members with essential life-saving skills.
